A built-in 3-axis accelerometer detects movement instantly:
Moving: sends a GPS update every ~4 minutes (subject to GPS & LoRaWAN coverage)
Stationary: enters low-power sleep mode and checks in once per day
Automatically wakes and resumes rapid updates as soon as movement starts again
This ensures excellent tracking detail without draining the battery.
