To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
Certain items, such as software licenses, digital products, and customized items, are non-returnable.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
